Exchange & Return Policy

At House of Revanshi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with our product, we’re here to help!

Returns:

• You may return items within 48 hours of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorisation. 
• For damaged items, please provide an unboxing video to facilitate the return or exchange process.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different item or colour, please follow the same return process.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange promptly.

Refunds:

• Please note that refunds are not available for Return products. However, you can exchange your item for another product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once the order is dispatched, we cannot initiate any refund.
• For any refund approved after reviewing it will be credited back to the original payment account within a week.
